We have numerous options including davits, tenders, extra navigation equipment, water makers, shade awnings, bedding and linen packages etc that are fitted in Australia, so our customers can add that certain “custom” aspect to their boats.

Electrical Requirements

Every one of our vessels are inspected in Australia by a qualified marine electrician to insure that they meet Australia Standards.

AC Power is to meet Australian Survey Standard NSCV.

DC Power is tested & complies with Australian Standard AS 3000 and other codes relevant to the Electrical Safety Act 2002.

Boatbuilding in Asia

Boatbuilding in Asia has been around for many years. There are many advantages with building boats in Asia, not just the obvious which is the low labor costs. Our boats are totally hand built, from the hand laid fiberglass hulls and superstructures to the hand built carpentry and joinery in interiors. All of our boats are built to CE international standards. Clipper Motoryachts are more of a Semi-custom boat than a full production boat, full production boats are built on an assembly line with all of the interior carpentry and joinery completed in a cabinet makers shop.It takes us a lot longer to build a boat this way, (Clipper 52, 6months) but the finish and the solid feel you get with our boats is indescribable. All of the equipment that is used in building our boats is sourced from the leading manufactures in the world. Most of the equipment is from the US or Europe.
